With this grant funding, KCEDI will deepen its internal coalition infrastructure, by creating leadership development pathways for coalition members to take on additional responsibilities, revisit and strengthen shared agreements around conflict resolution and decision-making, and create intentional space for joy, celebration, and relationship-building - recognizing that these practices are central to sustaining the work to end displacement.
