Date & Time: Monday, September 28, 10am-11:30am
Location: online/Zoom
Description: Nonprofits and social impact organizations are operating in one of the most complex risk environments we’ve seen in years – one where regulatory scrutiny, political pressure, and economic volatility directly impact funding strategies and mission-driven work. Now more than ever, organizations need a strong, flexible, and proactive approach to risk management.
This interactive workshop with Slalom Consulting will introduce participants to a risk management framework, how to adopt the framework for your organization, and reduce the likelihood or impact of a risk. Participants will receive templates and tools to continue this work on their own as well as an opportunity for a free (provided by COO) post-training coaching call to support the implementation of learnings and tools.
Note: Organizational staff & board members with strategic decision-making and leadership roles will benefit most from attending this training.
Please only register if you can confirm attendance! Registration will close on September 23rd.
