The Accounting and Business Consulting (ABC) Program, established by the City of Seattle’s Office of Economic Development, offers Seattle-based small businesses and entrepreneurs free consultations with Technical Assistance (TA) Providers also known as ABC Consultants, including Growing Contigo.
