Join us virtually on Monday, October 5th from 6-7:30 PM to hear from general election candidates from the 45th and 48th Legislative Districts about affordable housing, equitable growth, and community need.

Voters deserve to hear from candidates in their own words, especially on topics that will have lasting impacts on the future of East King County and the state more broadly. All general election candidates from races with more than one candidate have been invited to participate in this educational forum. We expect:

This event is hosted by the Eastside Housing Equity Coalition (EHEC), which is a collaboration between Eastside For All, Indian American Community Services, Muslim Community Network Association, Africans on the Eastside, and the Housing Development Consortium.

EHEC works together to advocate for housing policies that can address racial disparities and inequities, with the goal of making housing more affordable and accessible for everyone. The EHEC also aims to make elections and public engagement accessible to all communities on the Eastside.
