Housing Accelerator Fellowship Applications Open!
LISC Puget Sound is now accepting applications for the third cohort of the Housing Accelerator Fellowship, an 18-month program led by LISC Puget Sound in partnership with Amazon and other supporters.
The Housing Accelerator Fellowship invests in emerging and low- to medium-capacity nonprofit and mission-aligned for-profit developers who are committed to building affordable housing in the Puget Sound region. Through cohort-based learning, individualized coaching, and access to capital and networks, the Fellowship supports participants in strengthening development skills, growing their pipelines, and building the capacity needed to deliver affordable housing over time.
