July 22, 12-3pm. Lunch Included.
Location: Seattle Foundation (1601 5th Ave Ste 1900, Seattle, WA 98101)
Description: Nonprofits and social impact organizations are operating in one of the most complex risk environments we’ve seen in years – one where regulatory scrutiny, political pressure, and economic volatility directly impact funding strategies and mission-driven work. Now more than ever, organizations need a strong, flexible, and proactive approach to risk management. This interactive workshop with Slalom Consulting will introduce participants to a risk management framework, how to adopt the framework for your organization, and reduce the likelihood or impact of a risk. Participants will receive templates and tools to continue this work on their own. Lunch included.
Note: This training is open to all COO funded partnerships and organizations. Staff in organizations with strategic decision-making and leadership roles will benefit most.
Space is limited, please only register if you can confirm in-person attendance. Register at the link here.
