Workshop: Navigating Conflict

Part of the LIFT Economy: Growing Strong Teams and Cultures Workshop Series

Navigating Conflict - 5/23/2025, 10AM - 11:30AM PST
Conflict in the workplace is an inevitable part of collaboration, especially where power dynamics and diverse needs coexist. The "Navigating Conflict" workshop is designed to equip you with some foundational skills and strategies needed to de-escalate and manage conflicts effectively by resourcing yourself to handle stress and competing demands. You'll discover how to create an internal library of resources that can help you shift into a more positive mental state, especially when navigating difficult dynamics. You will be invited to engage in exercises to remain balanced when triggered which can support de-escalating tense situations and foster open dialogue and mutual respect. The workshop is intended to help you transform conflicts into opportunities for growth and understanding. You'll be guided through interactive exercises and real-life scenarios to begin to practice in a supportive setting.
