Organizations across King County are facing increasing demand for services, funding reductions, and capacity challenges—all while continuing to show up for their communities.

To help sustain this essential work, HealthierHere is launching the Collective Abundance Grant, a one-time, high-trust funding opportunity supported by the Social Equity and Wellness Fund (SEWF).

This grant provides $25,000–$50,000 in unrestricted funding to support the core work of community-based organizations serving low-income residents in King County across sectors, geographies, and communities.
