Collective Abundance Grant
Organizations across King County are facing increasing demand for services, funding reductions, and capacity challenges—all while continuing to show up for their communities.
To help sustain this essential work, HealthierHere is launching the Collective Abundance Grant, a one-time, high-trust funding opportunity supported by the Social Equity and Wellness Fund (SEWF).
This grant provides $25,000–$50,000 in unrestricted funding to support the core work of community-based organizations serving low-income residents in King County across sectors, geographies, and communities.
About the Collective Abundance Grant
The Collective Abundance Grant is designed to remove barriers and center trust, recognizing that communities know best how to use resources to sustain their work.
HealthierHere will invest $1.0 million through this opportunity to support organizations that are deeply rooted in community and facing funding challenges. This funding is flexible and intended to support general operations, allowing organizations to determine the highest and best use of funds for their work.
