COO’s All Partner Convenings
We regularly invite our community partners to come together for learning, sharing, and connecting through our All Partner Convenings. The COO Learning Community strategy hosts these gatherings to provide opportunities to engage in shared learning and to develop and practice innovative solutions. These Convenings are intended to build and strengthen the relationships, skills, knowledge, and strategies that sustain the critical connections for community power building and systems change.

New! 2025 All Partner Convening, October 8-9, Highline College
Our first-ever two-day Convening featured two keynotes, five healing group activities on Day 1, five workshops on Day 2, a Participatory Data Mapping Exercise, and a concurrent gathering on public-private partnerships. Winter 2023 All Partner Convening, December 14, Northwest African American Museum

The theme for the day: Building healthy and resilient partnerships and organizations for strong movements and communities. First, we heard a keynote by scholar, activist, and author adrienne maree brown. In the afternoon, a panel — Ariyah Jané Albert, Elmer Dixon, Aurora Martin, and Yomara Velez — shared their reflections about organizing and building community power as moderator Sarah Tran guided their conversation. Spring 2023 All Partner Convening, May 10, Daybreak Star Indian Cultural Center
With the presence of Dr. Robin Wall Kimmerer, plant ecologist and author of Braiding Sweetgrass, the gathering focused on bridging and building healthy relationships – with ourselves, with others, within our communities and with all living things in our environments.
