Small Grant Opportunity for Community and Faith-Based Organizations: Dementia Health
From Washington State Department of Health:
Small Grants Available to Increase Dementia Awareness and Promote Brain Health
We are pleased to announce the second round of our community and faith-based grant opportunity is now available and open to applications until January 16, 2026. We’ve changed the grant activities based on feedback we received to simplify and clarify the activities and application.
If you are not eligible to apply, we are asking for your help to share this opportunity with organizations who may qualify.
Around 125,000 people in Washington state are currently living with dementia. This number is expected to double in the next twenty years. We’re seeking committed and passionate people to offer workshops and guide conversations about better brain health and dementia-awareness.
Community and Faith-based Organizations who have strong relationships with their communities are encouraged to apply. Grants ranging from $5,000 to $7,500 are available. Click here to apply: doh.wa.gov/dementia-grant
